I’m really excited inside!
A mixture of joy, overwhelm and a YESSS!
Today I exceeded my own (sport) goals. Why? On the one hand, because I know that this energy is within me. On the other hand, it’s because of Eve and the thought experiment. For years I have been doubting myself, sabotaging myself, beating myself up and saying lots of mean things to myself. That’s definitely not helpful and actually makes me sick. That’s why I turned to AlternatEVE ideas. Because what works so well in one direction should also work in the other. That’s really hard because of course it doesn’t feel like that. But it works! Not just in sport, but also in interpersonal relationships and in general.
I feel like I can slowly let go of my old self. It can go another way, but no longer with me!
