Alright. Now let’s get to the final part of the six-part series: how to master every challenge successfully:
When you get to the point where you accept your challenge, tackle it, and then even transform it into a strength, that’s quite the trek.
I’m sure you’ve experienced several such transformations yourself. So, we can all give ourselves a little pat on the back here 😊.
Is there anything missing?
Yep.
Even though society in general is sadly losing its touch with genuine selflessness, it’s just undeniable: it feels so good to help others.
Also, it’s incredibly satisfying to see how it benefits others when you can give them something from your own rich resources.
So, basically, the “Black Belt” of mastered challenges is helping others with them.
Today, I’m a coach through and through, not for the big money or to show off.
I do it because I can’t think of anything more beautiful than showing people what true quality of life is and how challenges that life throws at us can really boost that value.
So, ask yourself:
- How can what I’m going through be useful to help others?
- What would I advise someone in my situation?
Little piece of advice: ☝🏼
Sometimes, unfortunately, we’re all too ready to dish out advice and share our knowledge without being asked. It’s usually not too appreciated and hardly ever followed. Am I right?
So, let’s do it this way: We work on ourselves. Quietly and under the radar. Until we’ve changed so much (for the better) that others naturally COME TO US and ask why we’ve been so chill/cheerful/hopeful/lively/easy-going/balanced/confident etc. lately.
And THEN we can tell them something.
And that’s when it will really be heard.
You’ve got this!
