How I work

Mind Health – what is it actually?

No feeling without a prior thought: Often, it’s not external circumstances that make you sad, angry, or stressed – but what you think about them. And that, in turn, influences how you treat yourself and those around you.

Example: “I should have done more” creates guilt, not the situation itself. So what your head thinks is what you will feel. And that’s how you will treat yourself and others.

Good news : You can learn to change that!

If you constantly question yourself, push yourself, or think negatively about yourself, it not only costs a lot of energy – it undermines your self-esteem and your joy in life in the long run!

I help you recognize and resolve these inner patterns.

Using methods like EFT, clear thinking, and a good dose of humor, we work directly at the root of your inner conflicts—your own thoughts.

So that you learn to let your thoughts work for you, instead of against you.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Some things simply cannot be ignored

Maybe you’ve already tried a lot of things – talked, analyzed, reflected.

And yet something remains: a lump in the throat, a constant pressure on the chest, this restlessness or simply this deep-seated sadness.

Maybe you overreact in certain situations – even though you know there is no reason.

Or you’re just functioning, feeling somehow numb inside.

Often these are signs that something inside you has not yet calmed down.

Experiences that have overwhelmed your system – emotionally, physically, or both.

Whether early injuries, ongoing overexertion or specific trauma:

Such experiences often remain stored in your body’s memory – even if you seem to have long since “moved over them.”

This is exactly where I start with EFT

With EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique – I help you to release these deeper blockages.

We combine targeted acupressure (gently tapping specific points on your body) with your current issue or emotion. While you focus on the problem, your body, nervous system, and subconscious mind work together to relieve stress.

The knocking has several effects:

  • It calms the amygdala, your emotional alarm system in the brain
  • It brings your nervous system back into balance
  • And it helps your body to release stored tensions and protective reactions

EFT is now supported by many studies , especially in trauma and anxiety management.

And even if it seems gentle, the changes are noticeably profound and highly effective!

I use EFT in my work flexibly, intuitively, and with a lot of experience.

We work with what shows up – and resolve what you are ready to let go of.

So that you don’t just function, but become truly free.

We can get to know each other casually first. Than you can tell me what it’s all about.
